Charlie Rapacioli, Senior Events Executive

As a Senior Events Executive within the Marketing team, I work closely with internal stakeholders at all levels to organise and manage all events for the Firm with the aim of strengthening both new and existing client relationships, and building brand recognition. I thoroughly enjoy working with different individuals from each practice group and exploring the market in terms of venues and hospitality options. Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors, participating in any sporting activity that I can, spending time with family and friends and not having to plan everything to a T!

 

Morning Afternoon Evening
  • First things first, have a coffee and enjoy my toast and marmite
  • Go through emails that have come in over night and prioritise what needs to be done first
  • Check everything is in place for events happening that day.
  • Catch up with front of house and facilities
  • Prepare any materials I need for upcoming events
  • Read through any contracts for external suppliers/venues
  • Deal with any adhoc tasks.
  • Write a to do list for the next day
  • Run registration and manage the event if there is one
  • Play netball or take my dog for a walk
  • Relax in front of the TV.

I have found it very rewarding to be part of a Firm that values the importance of nurturing talent through development programmes. The Firm also believes in giving back to the community and the environment through various responsible business and social impact initiatives, and encourages having fun and connecting with each other at our sports and social events. It is unusual to walk past anyone without a friendly acknowledgement and hello.
